Every month 3 best works will have opportunity to join our international youtube-channel.

Entry fees are non-refundable.
Only for works with completion date after January 2015
Festival have rights to change the date and place of event.
Emerald Peacock cannot provide refunds for submissions that do not meet eligibility criteria or are otherwise deemed to be disqualified under these regulations.
